WHAT ARE YOU DOING, MAN OF GOD?

Lying, stealing, louse-eating, school-going, know-nothing… Unfortunately, this innocent children’s ditty represents the life of today’s man. Lies and pretenses have become an everyday occurrence in our political life. Through legislation, stealing is transformed into the legal accumulation of assets, and school is impeding instead of cultivating intellectuals. Just what happened that humankind has fallen so low? What has happened to humanity? Has man really sold himself to the devil?

Hope for a better tomorrow no longer sounds realistic to most people, and the current situation is no longer instilling hope into a person. Rare are those who have a positive attitude towards the future. Unfortunately, even rarer are those who truly strive for a bright future. Any well-intentioned attempts do not lead anywhere, as the door stays shut for such volitions. However, this door will have to open if we want light to overcome darkness. Otherwise, darkness upon humanity will be even thicker.

What should a man fight for? Values are long gone, and there is no more justice. Only money is left. Moneythe ruler of the world. It is not important how you earned it anymore; what is important is that you have it. Then, you are respected. Then, you are somebody. The more of it you have, the better friend you are, and the more important you are. If you lose it, you become worthless.

It is sad that a man is measured through the jingle of money. Thank God love cannot be bought. Neither can one buy destiny or the consequences to our actions. At least, not in God’s world. And that is right. Sooner or later, everybody is going to pay for their actions. The only difference is, no money, no matter how heavy, will be able to redeem the debts a man has collected. Thereupon, justice shall sing its song. And no one is going to avoid this singing.

Today’s worldly problems are mainly the consequence of ignorance towards justice. If a man would truly know what justice was, he would not do the things he is doing. He would think twice or even three times whether he should do a certain action or not. Because a man believes that his life ends with death, he does whatever comes to his mind, yet he is not aware of how wrong he is. Unfortunately, we are all affected by the consequences of his actions.

With death, a man does not cease to be. His physical body ceases to exist, but his soul lives. Insofar as a man should cease to exist with death, he would not be held responsible for his actions. Actions a man made just before death have, just like any other action, created consequences, and therefore, it is right that a man is held responsible for those as well. In other words, responsibility is an eternal companion of justice. Actions create consequences, and consequences bring responsibility. No action is without consequences, as well as no consequence is without responsibility. It would not be just for one man to be held responsible for his actions and another man not. Therefore, everyone is responsible for their own actions.

And how can a man be held responsible if he is dead? Everything a man does is written in his soul. Every action and every consequence is written within the soul. Therefore, it is necessary a man reincarnates. Only with new birth can a man be held responsible for the things he has not been held responsible for in his former life. If there were no reincarnation, it would not be possible for a man to be completely responsible for all of his actions. Reincarnation is, therefore, creating a complete circle of responsibility and justice, and also a much sought-after perfection. Namely, there is no perfection without justice and responsibility.

In today’s time, a man’s actions are unfortunately not even close to perfection. There are all too many bad deeds, not leading to perfection. This is why the world is as it is. Corruption, human trafficking, murders… We could go on forever. To live in a more beautiful and better world, we have to do good deeds, as they are the only thing carrying good consequences. Actions, aiming for friendship, harmony, peace, love… for perfection. These are actions that are good, and we have to strive for them. The more perfect they are, the better and the more just this world is.

We can view perfection as a scale of quality of perfection. Absolute perfection has a quality of 100 percent, while absolute imperfection has a quality of 0 percent. In between, there are values that present relative perfection, and the closer they approach to absolute perfection, the more perfect they are.

If a man does an action with a quality of perfection, for example, of 34 percent, what consequences is he creating? This kind of action is going to create exactly 34 percent of perfectionno more and no less. But the story does not end here; we have to know that such action is 66 percent imperfect within its quality. Therefore, it also creates imperfect consequences. This is also the main reason why so much imperfection exists in this world. Actions that are not absolutely perfect generate imperfection in addition to perfection. If we ascribe a nature of bad to imperfection, and a nature of good to perfection, we can say that perfect actions bring goodness, while imperfect actions bring badness. A reflection of today’s world is more than obvious proof of this truth.

If we want to change the world, we have to change our actions to such an extent that they will bring more good than bad. This will only happen if actions exceed 50 percent in quality of perfection. Anything less perfect is going to generate more bad than good. Corruption, theft, and murders surely do not contribute to good.

It often happens in the modern era that people are not held responsible for their actions. Every day, we witness people evading responsibility for their actions and the consequences of their actions. In court, evidence is all too easily forged, lost, and someone is cleared due to a lack of evidenceeven though this person actually committed a crime.

People who do not believe in justice and perfection would, in such a case, say, “Assuming justice and perfection truly exist, such a person would not be cleared of his guilt. He would be held responsible for his actions.” It is true; they are right. Justice should be achieved in the world of men. But if a man sadly does not know how to assess a reward someone has earned, we might find comfort in the fact that sooner or later justice is going to take care of this. In perfection, justice is assured. This is why justice—if a man does not know how to establish it—establishes itself. This means that people, thinking they will evade the hand of justice, are going to face justice sooner or later. Then, they shall, in fact, be held responsible for their actions.

It would be unjust for someone to destroy nature, kill innocent people, torture animals, adopt unjust laws, and complete any other horrible doings and not be held responsible. From the viewpoint of perfection, this is completely unacceptable, as well as from the viewpoint of humanity, morality, and law.

Thus, of great importance is our decision of what kind of deeds we do. The better our actions are, the more justice they shall bring; the worse they are, the more woe there shall be in this world. It is now high time for a man to start being aware of this truth and start acting like he shouldjustly, responsibly, and perfectly.
